The Beginner Foundation course is designed to equip new surfers with the fundamental skills necessary to confidently navigate the waves. You will learn the proper techniques for popping up, paddling efficiently, and negotiating broken waves. These core skills will build a strong foundation for future progression. In addition to technical instruction, students will also gain essential knowledge about ocean safety, surf etiquette, and environmental awareness, fostering a responsible and respectful approach to surfing

To book a surfing lesson, you must meet the following requirements:
Swimming Ability: You must be able to swim confidently or at least be comfortable treading water.
Physical Health: You must be in good physical health with no history of heart conditions or other serious medical issues.

To cancel or reschedule your surfing lesson, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. This will allow us to accommodate other clients and adjust our schedule accordingly.
